Helpful Hints for Your RV |
Our annual rate will increase to $3000 starting May 1, 2009 for our lessees who are currently signed with us by April 30, 2008. Any lessee who signs after May 1st, 2008 will sign on at the $3000 rate. We are thankful for all of our lessees who have been with us from the start and those who have helped us grow into the park we have become. |

Leave Your Heat Set on 55 or 60 During the Winter Months Leave you thermostat set on a low temperature in your camper for those few very cold days at the beach to help prevent freezing in your camper. Turn off your Hot Water Heater Make sure you turn your hot water heater off before you turn off your water when you leave. Close Your Black Water Tank When you leave make sure your black water tank is closed and has chemicals in it. Your best Source of Information for Help With Your RV is Your Topsail Sound RV Park Neighbor The greatest resource you can find is right next door to you. Bill Humphrey is a walking vast of knowledge whom we turn to on a daily basis it seems. He loves to show off all of his knowledge, just ask him. |

Topsail Sound RV Park Summer Newsletter |
If you have not had a chance to come into the lobby, you may have missed our box set-up to collect items for our troops. Millie Wilson has been kind enough to get us a list of items we can send to some of the troops. If you would like a copy of suggested items, please see Millie on Lot 8. We have sent one box full of items that was greatly appreciated. You can view a copy of the Thank You e-mail sent back to us attached to the box in the lobby. It seems even the little things are greatly appreciated, so drop something in the box next time you are here. Christmas is a good time to say Thank You to our troops and to let them know they are not forgotten. |
News from Chris |
Dear friends, Thank you for your patronage. I appreciate your prompt lot payment and respect of the park rules. The flowers and lawn ornaments look great. Sonya and I are very appreciative of the kindness and hospitality of everyone. As the park has grown over the past year, I have not been able to acquaint myself with everyone as well as I use to do. However, the brief time I have spent speaking with you has been pleasurable and I hope that you experience the same positive feeling when meeting with your neighbors. Please watch your speed while going through the park. Speed bumps are not an amenity that we would want to expense. For the campers in Phase 2A, I appreciate your patience. We will address the landscaping and sand spurs in the next few months. Please feel free to express any concerns of the park with me. Any complaints may be directed to Bill Humphrey. Thank you, Chris

New Service Available |
Topsail Sound RV Park is proud to announce a new service available exclusively to our Lessees to help sell your Park Model or RV. Not only will we show your unit, we will take multiple pictures and post them on our website. We will also list the units for sale in the park on the bulletin board in the lobby. Our website has had over 5000 hits this summer giving you exposure you could not receive just by placing a for sale sign in the window of your unit. The cost for all this exposure is only 1% of the sales price of your unit. This is a very inexpensive way to move up to the next step in your home away from home, with either a newer or larger RV or to a Park Model. Let Sandie explain how easy and simple this is. |

Saturday November 24, 2007 at 5pm in the recreation room we will have a spaghetti supper with the all the fixings; spaghetti, spaghetti sauce, garlic bread, and tossed salad. If you like to bring a dessert, toppings for the salad or any other dish you know they are always welcome. The brainstorming session for the Covered Shelter will follow at 6pm so plan to stay for that. |

Shelia Update |
Please remember to keep Shelia Bolduc in your thoughts and prayers. At last update Shelia still has a staph infection, so she hasn’t been able to start the new round of chemo. The antibiotics are working slowly and she feels much better. Her hair is growing back a beautiful salt and pepper color nice and thick. She was very thankful to all who bought a bag of ice for Shelia this summer. If she has not spoken to you personally, she will soon. |
Our Freedom |
We are proud to have several of our Topsail Sound RV Park family members fighting for our freedom. Bob and Terry Tarrington’s son-in-law just returned home. Bart Bryant just left to defend our country. We are sure there are others we have not mentioned here personally, but we are very thankful to our soldiers and their families for all their sacrifices they make for our freedom. |
