When potential lessees come in to view the park and want to ride around, we tell them to stop and talk to anyone here and ask questions if they like.

             So, Thanks again for making our job so easy by being the greatest park we could have ever hoped for.

             We had hoped to have phase 2A open by now as most of you know, but unforeseen problems in the last phase of construction has put us behind on our target date.

             This has led to Phase 1 becoming very over crowded. We ask for your cooperation in not parking on the streets and only on your lot.

             We have had great response to our preleasing. As of this publication we have 31 sites spoken for.

             We believe the new lessees will fit right into our park family and we look

forward to having them join us here at Topsail Sound RV Park as soon as possible.

             There are still good sites available so, if you know anyone looking for the perfect place to come to paradise give them the Park’s website www.topsailsoundrvpark.com and  phone number.

             We will have 6 overnight sites in 2A so your friends and family can come and stay here for short vacations. We can also give potential lessees a chance to try it before they buy it and see for themselves just how great our Park is.

Remote Entry Available

             Remote entries are now available for purchase in the office for $20.

             The remotes are nice during a rain storm as they keep you from getting wet.

             They also will keep your car cool during the summer as they keep the cool air from escaping through your open window.

             Just a few words of wisdom about the remotes. They work better if you point them at the keypad instead of the gate itself.

             Only1 car can go through the open gate at a time. Please be cautious of this so your car does not become scratched and dented from the gate.

                                                  Community Garden                                                      

             Our Community  Garden is taking shape.

             Several people have planted some crops to harvest this summer. There is a mixture of vegetables and flowers.

             We are using water from the irrigation system to help keep the crops moist when we have little or no rainfall.

There is still plenty of room in the garden if you want to plant something.

             At the end of the growing season we will get together to see what did and did not work in the garden.

             We will then relay those helpful tips on to anyone who would like to grow something in next year’s garden.

             In an answer to your requests for a boat parking area we have assigned a  designated area at the back entrance beside the sewer area.

             We do ask that the boats be backed in close and at an angle. This will allow the center of the area to be clear to allow more lessee’s to be able to use this common area.

             We are also thankful to Dean Michaux for keeping a watchful eye out on the boats that are parked there.  Thank You Dean!

Spraying Schedule

             For your comfort spraying for bugs will now be on a set schedule.  The fogger will be ran every Friday & Saturday night between 7:45 & 8:00pm.

             You will know the spraying has begun by the loud sound of the motor of the sprayer. It is a very distinct sound that you will know when you hear it.

             The spray is nontoxic and will not harm you or your pets in anyway. It just helps to eliminate most of the flying bugs and makes it more comfortable to be outside after dark.
